Campaign coloring book produces little more than buyer’s remorse

They say that a picture is worth a thousand words. So you would think that coming up with a few hundred words to say about a coloring book full of pictures of this year’s presidential candidates should be easy but there are only two word I have to describe this book. It sucks.

The “2016 Presidential Campaign Coloring Book: The Adult Coloring Book with Clinton, Trump, Sanders, Rubio & even more idiots,” by fictional authors Clinton Trump and Ploppie McCrapperson, can be purchased on Amazon for under ten dollars, but honestly why would anyone want to?

This book is just a collection of bad photos that have been turned black and white, and I’m not even sure they are real photos. Anyone could print their own photos out at home free rather than sending their hard earned money on something like this.

That being said I have nothing against adult coloring books or the fact that this is a politically aimed coloring book. There are plenty of good coloring books out there that feature presidential candidates and are way better than this tree killing, waste of coffee table space. The only good thing about this book is that it is unbiased in which candidates they feature, because it has everyone.

There are only so many times I can say this is bad before I start sounding like a broken record. If you are someone that is interested in purchasing a coloring book that features one or more presidential candidate, shop around. There are better, and funnier, books out there that are actually worth the price. If you just want to buy a coloring book, step away from this one and find something that helps you relax after a long day.

Coloring books are supposed to be a source of fun after dealing with the stress of everyday life. One is suppose to unwind and let go as they color a squirrel blue or give a bird zebra stripes. This coloring book does none of that.
