I learned that Dunkin’ was giving out gift cards and I wondered if the customers were aware. “No. I had no idea, I still don’t know why they were doing it,” said Fiona Muschlewski, a fellow Madison College student. “I’m guessing it was a promotion,” Muschlewski said that this experience brightened her day, and they hope that it happens more often. I agree with them on this.
The service at Dunkin’ is varied. The staff members are friendly but efficient, ensuring customers are promptly attended to. During my visit, I found the team to be accommodating and eager to assist with my order, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. However, they do seem to be a bit overworked and do not always seem to give you their full attention.
I had only ever been to Dunkin’ at the airport before and it was a good experience. I went to the Dunkin downtown. The manager was annoyed that I had a gift card and wanted me to come inside, saying I could not use a gift card through the drive-through. I work in a coffee shop as well and so I always try to be extra nice to customer service workers (because I know how difficult customers can be sometimes) but the manager walked away while I was mid-sentence thanking her and apologizing for using a gift card.
The menu at Dunkin’ boasts many choices, catering to every palate. From classic coffee blends to specialty beverages and an assortment of delectable doughnuts and pastries, satisfying every craving. One item that stood out was their Dunkin’ Original Iced coffee, which boasts a rich and creamy flavor that will please even the most discerning coffee drinker. Muschlewski can attest to this as well, “I got a coffee. I ordered a cold brew with an extra shot; as someone who works with specialty espresso, I was delightfully surprised. I was satisfied with the drink I received,” she said.
