Madison College is sponsoring a series of events, focusing on the mission of Equal Pay 2024 (EP24). EP24 provide students with opportunities to learn more about the importance of gender parity, equal pay, engaging women students to consider career pathways in STEM, the trades and leadership.
Each week of EP24 is devoted to exploring each of our themes through a panel, speaker, and experiential activity.

Join us for a panel discussion with women leaders from the Madison area. We will hear about the challenges, small victories, pathways, wisdom, and determination it takes to become a leader. This event is for the Madison College community, focusing on women and non-binary students.
