Madison College is sponsoring a series of events, focusing on the mission of Equal Pay 2024 (EP24). EP24 provide students with opportunities to learn more about the importance of gender parity, equal pay, engaging women students to consider career pathways in STEM, the trades and leadership. 

Each week of EP24 is devoted to exploring each of our themes through a panel, speaker, and experiential activity.

Explore strategies to conquer self-doubt and embrace your leadership potential in a supportive environment. Gain insights from accomplished female leaders who have triumphed over imposter syndrome and forged successful careers. Together, let’s shatter barriers, cultivate confidence, and pave the way for gender equality in leadership.

Shattering the ceiling with purpose & power April 2, 3 pm – 4:30 pm. Virtual  

Join us for a panel discussion with women leaders from the Madison area. We will hear about the challenges, small victories, pathways, wisdom, and determination it takes to become a leader. This event is for the Madison College community, focusing on women and non-binary students.

Unlock your potential and discover your unique strengths at our exclusive Strengths Finder Workshop! During the session, we will delve into your results, explore how to leverage your strengths effectively and discuss strategies for personal and professional growth. This interactive workshop promises to be insightful, empowering, and transformative.
