Some artifacts on display

An Evening with Artifacts was held at the Madison Truax Main Campus Building on April 4, 2024. The public event was hosted by the Madison College Anthropology Club, featuring professional and amateur archeologists and individuals interested in anthropology.  

George Christensen, a lecturer in the Department of Anthropology, said, “Our goal is to make bridges between the professionals and the non-professionals who are interested in archeology.” 

Christiansen said that last year’s inaugural event received a good response and that this year, because of the previous success, there were more exhibitors.
