The mission of the Parenting Student Club is to build a community within Madison College for parenting student where our parenting students can connect with other student parent and share tips.
Who can join your club? Student Parents.
When and where does the club meet? Our club has the option to meet either virtually or in person. If members prefer to join us virtually, we will send an email through WolfPack Connect with a meeting link. For in-person meetings, we will be gathering in room AB132 at the Truax main building. The meeting time is from 4:00 pm-5:00 pm. Toys/activities are provided for anyone who brings their child.
What are some of the events and activities your club hosts throughout the year? We have a number of activities planned for September. They include:
- The Black Earth Children’s Museum on Sept.15 from 10 a.m.-noon.
- The WolfCub Weekend on Sept. 28 from 3 p.m.-6 p.m.
- The Zoo Field Trip on Sept. 29 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
Why should students join this club? To create a strong community of student parents and offer support to encourage each other in our educational journey.
