As Peer Health Educators focused on mental health programming, we want to highlight that not getting enough water daily can affect your mood. Staying hydrated can boost your energy, maintain kidney health, improve skin health and enhance mental clarity.
We’ll be offering water bottles infused with fruit. You can choose from two options: citrus water with lemon, lime and mint or fruity water with strawberries, blueberries and honey.
Keep your water bottle with you as a reminder to stay hydrated. Aim for a sip every hour and try to pair your meals with water instead of soda.
To further support your hydration journey, consider setting reminders on your phone or using a hydration app. Remember, small changes can make a big difference!
