The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) inducts students every Fall and Spring semester into the honor society to recognize the commitment and excellence of the student leaders who completed all induction steps. The NSLS held its spring induction ceremony on April 8, inducting 16 new members. 

These (16) students completed all necessary steps and became lifetime members of the NSLS: Marina Aba, Adama Ns Bah, Kaytlyn Baldwin, Erin Casper, Alesio Chavarria, Abrianna Diaz, Holly Gartner, Terry Hodawanus, Ayo Kaeding, Autumn Loveland, Rebekah Oser, Emily Schroeder, Malik Shabazz, Jamarley Smith, Trinity Thao and Cassandra Villalpando. 

Since the Madison College NSLS chapter was established in 2017, 430 members have been inducted into the organization.  

The NSLS is a leadership organization that helps students achieve personal growth, career success and empowers them to have positive impact in their community. There are now 868 chapters and more than 2 million members nationwide.
