Madison College is hosting a virtual listening session to gather student feedback regarding Shared Governance. The session will be held on May 7 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. in a Microsoft Teams meeting room.
What is Shared Governance?
Shared Governance is how we gather input from our students and employees. The College Assembly and several councils use this input to recommend policies and plans related to facilities, finances, academics, student affairs, and technology. Representing the interests of the entire college community, the Assembly and councils share a single, common goal: advancing student success.
At this session, we want to know:
- What should our new President know about Shared Governance? 2
- How does the work of Shared Governance align with Vision 2030?
- What would you like to know about Shared Governance?
- What do you want to see from Shared Governance in the future?
Let your voice be heard!
Join us on May 7 from 1-2 pm via Microsoft Teams.
