Public Safety
November 27, 2019
Public Safety Officers respond to many calls for service and we communicate our activities to the college community. Here are some notable incidents from the past two weeks.
On Nov. 7, Public Safety responded to a report of a man asking people for money and then following them out to their vehicles. Public Safety made contact with the man and warned him for trespassing. If you experience anything like this while on campus, please call Public Safety right away.
On Nov. 9, Public Safety became aware of a group of young men that entered the campus and then damaged and stole property. The incident occurred in the evening and Public Safety was unable to identify the individuals. If you see anyone who looks like they may be attempting to forcefully gain entry into a locked room. Please call Public Safety.
On Nov. 18, Public Safety came upon a disabled vehicle while on patrol. Public Safety directed traffic and assisted the motorist until a tow truck arrived.
