Public Safety reports on notable campus incidents

Public Safety Officers respond to many calls for service and we communicate our activities to the college community. Here are some of the notable incidents from the past couple weeks.
Late in the evening on Oct. 29, Public Safety encountered a man who had stayed past building closing times. The man was attempting to gain access to rooms and stay in the building past hours. When Public Safety attempted to make contact, the man fled. Public Safety later caught up with the gentleman and warned him for trespassing and staying past building hours.
On Oct. 19, Madison College Public Safety assisted with a patient transport from the GHC Clinic. Public Safety Officers met with Madison EMS and assisted in locating the patient.
On Oct. 10, Madison College Public Safety made contact with an individual trespassing at the Goodman South Campus. The individual was removed from the property and warned for trespassing.
