The Executive Leadership Team helps club leaders (officers and advisors) manage their club through financial, marketing, communication and development initiatives. We also help students who are looking to join a club or start their own club. We offer a variety of services for new and continuing clubs. 

Who can join the club? Club leaders (officers and advisors) are members of ELT. Students can apply to work with ELT through Handshake. 

When and where does the club meet? The Executive Leadership Team meets and is located in Student Life on both the Truax and Goodman South campuses. We have daily drop-in hours to meet with club leaders regarding their club or students looking to join or start a club. 

What are some of the events and activities the club hosts throughout the year? Throughout the year the Executive Leadership Team hosts involvement fairs, including the fairs at Campus Fun Days in September and Winterfest in February. ELT also hosts leadership workshops and training sessions for club leaders, supports WolfPack Welcome, and helps lead the Student Success Awards in April. 

Why should students join this club? Students should contact the Executive Leadership Team if they are interested in joining clubs, starting their own club or need assistance managing their club. Working with our team will help you learn, develop, and grow leadership skills, and many other skills employers are looking for.

Is there anything else you’d like to tell us about the club? We regularly have food, giveaways, fun, games, and entertainment at our events. ELT members and their advisor genuinely love Madison College, clubs, and seeing how the college and its community benefits from our efforts.
