Madison College will begin significantly remodeling the Student Service offices at the Truax Main Campus over winter break.
This remodeling project is designed to improve your experience when connecting with the college’s student affairs professionals.
The college is committed to making it easier for you to locate and access our services, create a modern, welcoming, and inclusive space for all students and improve the efficiency of your appointments by co-locating related services.
In December, you’ll notice construction walls going up before the term ends. The college will temporarily relocate Student Services to the main Truax Gateway area and the Foundation Center during the renovations.
The Truax Gateway is the west entrance to the main building. The Foundation Center is across the street from the main Truax campus.
Beginning Jan. 6, 2025, through August 2025, you can access the following services in these alternate locations.

Student Services available at the Foundation Center
• Answers to financial aid and enrollment questions.
• In-person appointment scheduling and check-in for Academic Advising, Counseling and Conflict Managment Services, Dean of Students Office, Disability Resource Services, basic needs support, RISE Learning Center, Student Success Coaching and Veterans Services.

Student Services available at the Truax Gateway
• Answers to financial aid and enrollment questions.
• Career and Employment Services.
• Transfer Center.
• Student Payments
