Men’s Basketball

Jezzriah Burton

A 6-foot, 2-inch guard from Nicolet High School in Milwaukee, Jezzriah Burton is in his second year with the Madison College men’s basketball team. He has played in all 9 games this season and averages 13.4 points and 3.8 rebounds a game. Last year, he played in 23 games for the WolfPack and scored 8 points a game.

In high school, he was team MVP his junior year and team captain as a sophomore, junior and senior. He was second team all-conference (North Shore) his senior season and honorable mention as a junior. A liberal arts transfer student, he is the son of Angela and Larry Burton.

Women’s Basketball

Abby Meehan

A freshman from Evansville, Wisconsin, Abby Meehan is a two sport athlete at Madison College, playing both basketball and soccer. This fall, she played in 19 games for the WolfPack women’s soccer team. Meehan had five assists and was named second team all-region. As a member of the women’s basketball team, she has played in four games and started the last two. Meehan averages 9 points and 5.5 rebounds a game. She scored a season-high 18 points against Bryant and Stratton College on Nov. 30.

The daughter of Kevin and Julie Meehan, she plans to become a personal trainer.
