Two Madison College athletes were named National Junior College Athletic Association All-Americans, leading the way for multiple post-season honors for the WolfPack fall sports teams.
Sophomores Angelina Perez and Jadyn Holman both received second team All-American honors, giving Madison College multiple All-Americans for the tenth consecutive year.
Perez is the first two-time All-American from the Madison College women’s soccer program. A forward/midfielder, she scored 17 goals and had seven assists this past season. She was named conference MVP, NJCAA Region 4 player of the year and first-team all-conference and all-region.
Holman was the 18th NJCAA All-American selected from the Madison College volleyball team. The outside hitter was also named first team all-conference and all-region after posting a team-high 333 kills through the season. In addition, she finished with 300 digs, 20 blocks and 33 aces.

Women’s soccer awards
The WolfPack women’s soccer team had a record number of players earn all-conference or all-region honors with a grand total of 11.
In addition to Perez, five players were named both first team all-conference and all-region. They include sophomore Monica Tapia-Gutierrez and freshmen Sydney Maksymo, Alexis Kulow, Karmen Smyth and Alyssa King.
Sophomore Marin Stauffacher was named to the all-region first team and the all-conference second team.
Players selected to the second team on both the all-region and all conference lists were sophomores Elizabeth Foye and Mikayla Fox and freshmen Paris Rose and Taylor Peterson.
Coach Matt Schwartz received coach of the year honors from both the region and the N4C conference, the third time he has won both awards.

Volleyball awards
In addition to Holman, three other Madison College volleyball players won post-season honors. Sophomore middle blocker Calla Borchert joined Holman as first team all-conference and all-region.
Amelia Walton, also a sophomore, was a first team honoree on the all-region list and a second-team honoree on the all-conference list.
Freshman Abby Steinhauer, one of the team’s liberos, was a second team all-conference selection.

Men’s soccer awards
First-year men’s soccer coach Tim Brunner was named conference coach of the year and seven of his players received post-season recognition after a 10-win season.
Three players received first team honors as both all-conference and all-region players, including Jonas Luskey Sanders, Adrian Henkovic and Erick Antimo.
Second-team selections were Adriano Ponte, Chase Quamme, Isaak Cordova and Matthew Ruggiero.
