A year after just missing out on the NJCAA Region 4 Tournament, the Madison College’s men’s soccer team is in a much better position as the current season winds down.
With two home games left on the regular-season schedule, Madison College stands at 7-4-2 overall and has surpassed their win total from a year ago when they finished 6-5-4.
The two remaining matches provide the WolfPack with a great opportunity to improve their standing in the region.
One of those matches is against winless Milwaukee Area Technical College and the other is against 5-4-2 Harper College.
Madison College has done a great job throughout the season limiting their opponent’s scoring opportunities. In fact, all four of their losses have been by just one goal and the team has posted six shutouts.
Region 4 Tournament play will begin on Thursday, Oct. 31. Pairings should be announced earlier that week.
